These wines are a combination of pinotage, cabinet sivo and some port dating from 1973 to 1986. Is there a market for old wines? How do I go about selling these wines?

Which wines would go best with this? I like sweet wines, I don't really know much about wine and the only kind I've liked was Barefoot Moscato but I don't know if that wine would go well with BBQ. Does the bottle always specify when a wine is solely for cooking? Is the alcohol content different? Not planning on drinking cooking wine, obviously, I'm just curious.
