The Wine that impressed me the most recently is the Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 Maron, Dalton. This wine was launched six months ago for the second time in history.

The Wine is showing the vast category change of the Israeli Cabernet. What impressed me most was the elegance of the wine which is balanced and pleasant and the wine is also very clean.

The wine reflects for me the early maturation of the wine industry in Israel that is moving to a professional winemaking.
